another pointless journal

as they always are. :3
sadly I am still out a scanner and video game *chokes back sob* ...xD no I'm not that dramatic.
But still... 20 minutes before the school day is over, the friend I was selling it to decided he changed his mind... >> If I didn't know him well I would have told him "no refunds". T__T
...well, hopefully I can get my eBay obsessed Charlie the unicorn friend to sell it on eBay for me...
The weekend wasn't a total bust, though, 'cause I did manage to finally name my company that I hope to launch some day in the not-so distant future :3
I've been trying to name it for a couple years now xD

the art flow... tis still choppy, but I will probably get some things up that have needed to be put up for a while @.@ I can use my free time today and tomorrow to work on stuff so... yay for skipping and primary elections >w<

I brought it to school on friday because it was an early release day. The school has 5 or 6 wireless networks... I fully connected to all the them atleast once, you know, to see if one would work when another one wouldn't... nothing. It says I'm connected, yet I get no internet D:
Same with my house. I finally found an unguarded network and my laptop will automatically connect to it and I can't get online. :noes:
Several people at my school looked at it for me, and none of them could figure out why it wouldn't get online... then I told them I had vista, and they said "well that's your problem. Vista sucks."
I HATE vista as much as I hate Apple D:< I hope it dies.

*defeat* so I'm going to have to either set up a broadband connection, downgrade to XP, or wait several years for more vista compatable stuff to come out. *hopes the PC lasts until then* xD
