Oh God.. The annoying fan.. Well, you've certainly captured his "spirit"! Haha! As far as wacky Elder Scrolls NPC's go, M'aiq the Liar was always my favorite. :D.. Great job on this, I love his hair! ♥

Did you know that apparently one of Ciceros' journals is a reference to the Adoring Fan? I think it meant he played the part OF an adoring fan. And then he killed the Champion. So maybe that is where all those people out there got Cicero and him confused? Dorks. lol. Love this though! *dances with him*
